The academic year will begin September 12, 2011, and end on June 18, 2012. Classes will not be held on Rosh Hashanah, September 28; Columbus Day, October 10; Thanksgiving Eve, November 23; Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, January 16; President’s Day, February 20; Memorial Day, May 28; during the holiday week of Christmas and New Year’s, from December 24, 2011 through January 2, 2012. During the meetings of the American Psychoanalytic Association (January 10 - 15, 2012), classes will be held at the discretion of the instructor.

In case of inclement weather or a city-wide emergency, students are required to call the Institute to inquire if classes will be held.
